Please note that we reserve bookings for minimum one week rentals, Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning. However, if you are thinking of a last minute short get-away, don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to quote "special weekend" rates for immediate bookings during non-rented weeks.

Rental Policies:

  • A minimum reservation deposit of $250.00 is required to confirm all reservations, and due within 15 days of making reservation. This deposit is applied to the total charges due.
  • Balance in full is due 45 days prior to arrival date, and payable in U.S. funds by cash, travelers checks, money orders cashier's checks, or personal checks.
  • No refunds on cancellations made less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
  • 12% Florida sales and resort tax on total charges.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
